Limited Warranty
Omni
Containment Systems, LLC warrants its products against defects in
material or workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of sale.
Omni will repair or replace at its option any systems returned to it
during the warranty period. Any damage caused by misuse is not covered
by the warranty. Omni's liability shall not exceed the purchase price
paid to Omni for the system.
ALL
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE ARE
EXCLUDED. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON
THE FACE HEREOF. PURCHASER'S RIGHTS TO ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
Use of any
material other than genuine Omni Containment Systems, LLC filters is not
recommended and will void all guarantees associated with the Grease
Gutter System.
