The Grease Gutter High Capacity System is designed for use in high grease discharge applications. The High Capacity System uses a multi absorbent pad system that can be customized for individual applications. (More Info) 

The Grease Gutter Sidekick uses the same multi pad system as the high Capacity System but is designed for applications where the other Grease Gutter units won't fit, such as wall mounted or other unusual ventilator systems. (More Info)
